Yep :-)  However, it's best not to put too much emphasis on that. The KDE Free 
Qt agreement is really our 'nuclear option'. If all else was to fail and the 
owners of the Qt copyrights walked away from the project amicably or failed to 
continue development then it is the means for KDE and the rest of the Qt 
community to make sure that Qt does not die.

However, it is far, far better to work with a large company such as Nokia and 
continue to benefit from their input, expertise, marketing power and - to be 
blunt - money to pay people to work on the code :-)

So, it /could/ be mentioned, but should not be the main part of a response - 
the KDE Free Qt agreement gives us some insurance, but for me it will be a sad 
day if it ever has to be used.

To go back to the original email from Aaron - spot on, I think.
