Passwords have * now and public checkbox is gone (removing unneccessary fields)

Fixed.

Could you please explain more about the widgets not being accessible issue? i 
havent seen such issue.

Done.

Also, i removed all unnecessary fields and changed workflow. Its much easier 
now. So basically, items 3 and 4 are gone. and we have a small list of reasons 
and Nuno is going to help me with design very very soon.

And one more thing. I have an idea which might be motivating to people. In 
index page, we can show names of '5 newest members'.
Please note that we are going to have plenty of space in index page when we 
show only one reason at a time.
