Hi Dmitri,

What type of guidelines are you looking for?  Could you provide some more
detail about what you're interested in doing?  If you have specific
questions I'm sure we could get them answered or at least start a discussion
to develop some consensus about them. However, to my knowledge there isn't
any overarching policy concerning how KDE interacts via social media.
