Having a survey with example answers the way you've got it setup is also helpful. However there are quite a few branding terminology mistakes going on in your question text (KDE UX in the first question, we don't use KDE SC anymore in this type of context, etc). Could you grant me access to the spreadsheet and I will help fix the wording on those as well as a few typos I saw? That'd be a lot easier than trying to type out my suggestions here. :) It seems to me that once we get this cleaned up and some more feedback from the group on what questions to keep/cut it would be awesome to have some people with high traffic blogs make mention of the survey so we can get a lot of responses.
