Thanks Ingo.  Would it be possible to put a placeholder homepage at
http://survey.kde.org with instructions for what to do if you want a survey
hosted there?  Then we could know to simply point people to that home page
and they could follow the steps from there (even if the steps are just to
email the promo list that's fine, just so people don't think it's dead).
