Thanks.  I've added an info box, but I was a bit uncomfortable about what 
category to put the page.  For the moment I've put it into System, but if 
anyone has a better idea, I'm listening :-)  You can see the existing 
categories listed on the translator pages such as 
http://userbase.kde.org/Category_Translation,_Kasz%C3%ABbsczi_to_Eesti
