Anyone have a few minutes to write a Dot article? This could be ideal either 
for an existing writer or a nice first article for someone new.

All you need to do is summarise the announcement and then provide a link to 
it. You may want to add some background about Necessitas (keep it positive - 
it's a new platform for Qt and therefore good for KDE, you don't need to dwell 
on Nokia...) and emphasise the face that Necessitas is now a KDE project.
