4.7 Release Notes

Hi all,

Just a quick reminder and nudge to any lurkers who might like to get 
involved...

We need to prep our 4.7 release notes before the 4.7 release ;-) That means we 
have a bit less than a month (current 4.7 schedule is release on 20 July, I 
believe).

We're working on this in the promo team etherpads at:
https://promo.notes.kde.org/14

You don't need an account to make edits, but it's better if you use one (in 
case of later queries about what you wrote and to make sure you get credit). 
Mail me privately if you need an account. Thanks to Vivek, Markus and Nick P 
who have already put some work into this.

This is a relative easy task - you don't need any experience really. Just look 
at Planet KDE and http://techbase.kde.org/Schedules/KDE4/4.7_Feature_Plan for 
details on new features that are /done/, write about them and note down links 
to screenshots that we can include. Don't worry if your English is not perfect 
- it is a lot easy for a few of us to go through and tidy up the language at 
the end than have to do the initial research.

This might be quite easy, but it's also very important. The release notes are 
one of the most visible things we do and get quoted - and downright 
plagiarised ;-) - by news outlets across the web.

If you make a contribution, please also stick your name in the list of authors 
at the bottom. If you have a question, either ask here or mail me privately.
