Sorry for not doing much - I'm in phd-thesis hell at present...

I do have a train journey on Friday morning for ~ 4 hours, so I can take the 
text from etherpad, try and make it into nice sentences and re-upload it 
(maybe later on Friday). However, I won't have any internet access on the 
train, so I'll have to work on my own copy and then merge it back in.

If anyone has a chance to upload some key points (as Jos suggested in the pad, 
commit digests, just the summaries, are great for finding stuff) before Friday, 
that would help massively.

I'll blog for help too.
