You are making a general argument. In this specific case, enterprise.kde.org
is already known and many people will just go there to see if it is there at 
all. Just the existance is already important for the message that 
enterprise.kde.org is trying to send. This is probably different from many 
other webinformation where I would agree with you. 

Anyway, even if we disagree there.
Certainly you would prefer to have at least one page up which is
shown which basically says: 
  There is commercial support from many companies.
  It is no problem to buy consultancy for KDE Plattform, Workspaces and 
  Applications. If you want to support KDE, check that the vendor has 
  community credibility and insist on getting everything completely as Free 
  Softare, with source code and ideally integrated in upstream first.

  When you have difficulties finding a vendor, just ask over our

  KDE currently plan to have a more comprehensive guide and cataloge for this 
side. Help is always appreicated [donate link to KDE e.v.] [link to
