Apologies - I thought I would have internet access at the weekend, but I 
didn't. Anyway, I had time on Friday morning to make the notes into fuller 
sentences and trawl through a dump of the last six months of commit digest 
summary for features.

I've now copy-pasted that offline work into the pad at:

I tried to check for any changes since I took the text on Thursday, but I left 
the original notes in too in case I missed anything.

I think we're not too far away now, but it needs general review and 
improvement. It also needs some details checking (notes in [] in the text). 
For example, do we push 'Frameworks' yet or is that for 4.8 or later? 

Sebas - can you answer the above?
