4.7 release notes progress: due tomorrow

Hey,

I've made a start on HTML-izing the text from https://promo.notes.kde.org/14

The text is pretty good, though there are some things here and there that I'll 
fix as I'm done with the webmonkeying.

There's two things that are still needed, and that I'd like help with:

- screenshots: 
	- we need 2 or 3 Plasma screenshots, one pretty general which we 
	 use as release fingerprint screenshot (screenshot should use 
	 compositing, default settings)
	- apps screenshots, there's already one digikam screenshot, dolphin would 
	 also be nice
- title/headline
	- I've put TODO in now since I wanted to make some progress on the boring 
	 bits. I can probably come up with a headline myself, but if anyone else 
	 has something good, let me know

Estimated time of release is tomorrow, I'd guess afternoon. If all goes well 
:)
