changelog construction? (Re: 4.7 release notes progress: due tomorrow)

Hi, when seeing that I've missed the 4.7.1 release note construction and also seeing the remark in http://www.pro-linux.de/news/1/17470/kde-sc-471-freigegeben.html that say that the changelog http://www.kde.org/announcements/changelogs/changelog4_7_0to4_7_1.php is not really useful, I believe we are missing an opportunity here.
