Be glad to...

I share Danny's concerns. There have been several compliments about
the regularity and content of the commit-digests.

Stuart researched the process and wrote a nice piece on his blog a
year ago [1]. Would somebody who is knowledgeable of the system and
process please review that? And reply to this message with any
corrections, additions, deletions?
