Hey,

The previous years, both I and Christophe Fergeau (teuf) co-organized the 
devroom. We had a little contact with xfce iirc, I must have his name 
somewhere :-)

I'm willing to (co)organize the CFP / bribing people into giving a 
presentation, but as for the organization during FOSDEM itself I don't know if 
I'll have much time. Typically there's enough volunteers for that anyway, but 
having a dedicated person always helps :-)
