The (press) release of KDE 5

Hello Presscontacts and Promo-team of KDE,

Today, KDE exist for 15 years! Congratz! 

There was no official article for the press to link to. I managed to get the 
news on some Dutch newssites but it would be much easier if there was an 
official newsitem. I do not blame anyone for it though. I just wonder: Who 
must/should/could/would coordinate such thing?

KDE 5 is not going to be released anytime soon. However, in my opinion we 
should already _think_ about how we are gonna launch it. What do we want, how 
can it be accomplished and who do we need for it? Better to early than too 
late ;-)

ps. We are working on a new KDE.org website which shouldbe able to serve every 
possible language by then. That will make an worldwide press-release easier 
for the translationteams.
