I have taken a quick look at your book, and although it seems a wonderful effort, it has some issues from a branding perspective. You very often refer to KDE as software, whereas we try to emphasize that KDE is the community which creates products such as the different workspaces (Plasma Desktop, Plasma Netbook, etc.), the KDE Development Platform (which is in the process of becoming the KDE Frameworks), and applications. From what I have seen, the use of 'KDE' in your book often refers to the KDE Development Platform. It would be great if you could go through the text and use the correct term when appropriate, but I do not have the time to do that myself right now. The bottom line, however, is: KDE = the community, and it should only be used in that sense; whenever you refer to something the community produces, we have specific terms for each of those products. More details on branding can be found in the wiki: http://community.kde.org/Promo/Guidance/Branding/Rebranding_KDE_v1.1.0 Oriol > > I love your intentionality.
