First, you're spot on with your suggestions:

Plasma Active (which will eventually of course have a Plasma Active Two and so 
on...). There will be a lot of work to further stabilise and polish this and 
get more of our apps 'Active' - that is make touch friendly versions of our 
existing apps and of course some new ones too. There will also, I'm sure, be a 
push to target more hardware and to talk to hardware vendors about possible 
collaborations.

ownCloud - rather than oneCloud ;-) - is another KDE project that is getting 
to a really exciting time. Development has accelerated greatly over the last 
six months or so and it increasingly becomes a viable solution for all your 
personal online storage needs.

There are a few others too...

Perhaps the biggest, though not so visible to end users, is KDE Frameworks 5. 
This is the next generation of the libraries and support applications that our 
developers use to make the desktop shells and applications. The big change for 
Frameworks 5 is modularisation, with splitting up of large libraries in to 
much smaller ones. This serves a couple of purposes, first enabling developers 
to make smaller KDE applications by only including the specific libraries they 
need - particularly useful for mobile targets and platforms like Windows where 
it might be desriable to ship a monolithic binary. It also makes it much 
easier for Qt developers to include KDE tech in their apps without having to 
depend on a whole lot of KDe technology. We want to blur the line between Qt 
and KDE apps.

Other than that, we will of course be unveiling two new major versions of our 
workspaces and apps (4.8 and, I assume, 4.9). After KDE Frameworks 5 is 
released, we will of course start to see some of its benefits and innovations 
taken up in the KDE workspaces and apps.

You can expect to see more QML and scripting in use, particularly as some of 
the things we worked on with Plasma Active also find their way into our more 
traditional workspaces.

- A proper package management system in Windows ;-)
- On a more serious note, we'd love to see better collaboration between 
ourselves, GNOME and the other free software players. It's daft to have 
different standards for desktop notifications, password storage, etc etc. 
There's been some great work on this recently, such as the work around 
telepathy, but there's plenty more to do
- Better accelerated graphics drivers from all vendors. We want less changes 
in the Intel drivers from release to release as these sometimes make breaks in 
KWin's compositing. NVidia collaborating on nouveau would also be great

There's probably plenty others, but those are a few to get you started. If you
