I'd suggest to put it under the promo pages, so say community.kde.org/Promo/Spread/* rather than just community.kde.org/Spread so we keep it all together and maybe one day can properly integrate it with the existing promo content. However, I don't really care and things can be moved later anyway. The main thing would be to get it into the wiki. If you can help with that, please go ahead.
