Hello Viky,

We don't authorize speeches or presentations. Usually people give
talks about KDE based on their own interests and what their audience
wants. Anyone is free to talk about KDE however they want.

Perhaps you want something bigger such as a sprint or a conference
with many presentations. In that case, you would propose something and
take responsibility for organizing it. Then you would send a message
to KDE Promo (this mailing list) and we would work with you to help
make that happen.

Even in the case of a sprint, you could do something completely on
your own. For example, you could organize a sprint for Qomo Linux
right where you are and invite people to participate. After the
sprint, you could "Contribute a Story" at dot.kde.org, the KDE news
website, also called "the Dot". If your story fits for the Dot, it
would be published there.
