Both of the statements they made to you are quite stupid:

1) I first approached the SFC 6 years ago about a KDE non-profit;
they've been telling us all for > 2 years that we're a done deal, once
the funding bits got ironed out. So saying that they suddenly have no
capacity is a cop-out.

2) The last time I had a talk with Brad and you guys (at BDS) they
didn't know what the fees were going to be. Did they ever actually
decide and tell us? We certainly can't answer a question if they don't
give us the info we need to answer it...
