hello everyone

hello!

at first, some stuff about me: i've been using linux for six years.
started with ubuntu and switched to opensuse and kde in late 2009. i'm a
student and I work part-time as "journalist" for an german it-news
website, writing about free software. maybe lydia remembers me, i
interviewed her at desktop-summit last year.

i've attended the 4.8 release party organized by jos and camila in
january and talked a lot about organizational stuff, like the e.V. or
join the game. it was quite a lengthy discussion with jos an especially
mirko. it made me realize, that i wanna be part of kde and help the
project. i've got some ideas, i'd like to discuss with you, concerning
join the game, the supporting membership and the like.

and of course, if i could be of any help without having to write code,
i've got plenty of time this summer.

ps: mirko mailed me a second e-mail address, i should write to,
[email protected]. but i haven't found any sign, that this
mailinglist even exists, i.e. no archive.
pps: it's been two months since the release party and there were some
things hindering me to get started with kde. yet here i am.
