stammtisch anyone?

hey all,

since meeting with you is always fun, i was asking myself why don't we meet 
regularly? and by regularly i mean once a month at a stammtisch. (is there 
actually an english translation for it?) 

for non-germans: the concept of a stammtisch is meeting regularly at some 
place (a bar or at the home of someone). you basically come together to talk, 
see your friends and have fun....so all the stuff we do at "normal" kde-
meetings. it's a typical thing of ev's in germany.

is anybody interested in doing a stammtisch anywhere? 
from a personal point of view: at least in berlin there are living enough 
people, that might consider a stammtisch a good idea.

so: what do think about the idea? do you think it would be possible to gather 
enough people to make a stammtisch happen in your local city?

if this idea comes to a point, where we're really going to organize 
stammtische, we should set up a wiki-page to document this.
