I've gone through and edited some for clarity, spelling, grammar, etc.
There is an unfinished sentence which Jos might look at. I marked it
with a question mark so it stands out.

It seems we need David Faure to look at the Frameworks part near the
end. (dfaure: https://promo.notes.kde.org/76). He's CD'd on this.
