IC but on the other side we need a decent story asap as every day of further 
delay is bad for us. And My problem is e.g. that I won't be online much today.

In very short words:
- 2009 - Plasma Meeting Tokamak 3 (new widget explorer, remote plasma widgets, 
GSoC students met their mentors, Plasma on ARM start) in the Chalet of my 
family (around 15 to 20 people)
- 2010 - KDE Multimedia Sprint (Kdenlive, Phonon (talk with Qt offices 
Brisbane), KMix, Amarok) and KDE Edu (new design and new people: Peru, 
Switzerland) around 40 people
- 2011 - Randa Meetings 2011 (Kdenlive came to KDE infrastructure, Phonon to 
QML?, Platform => KDE Frameworks 5 start, Nepomuk work) around 60 people)

Important this year (four groups, focus on accessibility, incl. local blind 
testers, making as many KDE apps a11y as possible)

Why this year fund raising:
- Bad ecomony. Lost our main local sponsor (Swisscom which gave us 5000 CHF 
last year) and KDE e.V. has not much money as well. Original subscribtions 
this year was 75 people (broken down to around 35)
