What is FOSDEM? Why is it important to KDE? Why is it important to Free Software? What have been KDE's previous experiences at the show? Why should Dot readers care about this? What results should the Dot story accomplish? What makes FOSDEM interesting to various kinds of Dot readers? What are the goals of attending? And how do they support the various bits of KDE ... the manifesto, the goals of gaining users, developers and supporting companies? In essence, if people will pull together the important content, it would be straightforward to create a Dot story.
