There's no way I'd miss working with sebas and Jos...in addition to promoting the work of a myriad of KDE developers. There are two areas where release promotion have gotten stuck lately--screenshots and "What's cool in _this_ release". It would be helpful to provide screenshot specifications and have somebody take this on. Would include specifications such as: wallpaper resolution default desktop (not just someone's idea of a cool widget-filled extravaganza) font looking at the 4.9 release preparation notes, we may already have this. Should be checked though. What's cool in this release is more subjective and difficult. I think that Jos went through commit digests to find this for the 4.9 release. more assistance would be much appreciated. It's not hard to contribute to release promotion, and it's big news for KDE.
