Hi
I will wrote a blog about PIM 4.10 but you can speak about:
In kmail:

new features:
- "Auto resize image": when we send mails with attached images, KMail can
resize them (increase size or decrease). We can configure it in kmail-
>settings->editor->Auto Resize image

- "Text Autocorrection": as in calligraword (we use same list of words) we can
replace words, convert first letter to uppercase etc. We can configure it in
kmail->settings->editor->Autocorrection

- Improve HTML support: Now html mail supports Table (insert column/rows,
merge cells). We can define size for images. We can insert html code directly
now.

- Add contact directly in KMail: Before kmail 4.10 it was necessary to open
KAddressbook to add new Contact. Now we can do it directly.

- Attach own vcard: sometime we want to send own vcard with all emails. Now we
can add it directly. (Configure it in identity)

- Add "open recent file" in composer

- Improve plain text version of HTML: it needs Gantlee-0.3. now "bold text" is
converted to "*bold text*" etc.

In importwizard:

- Add import settings for opera.
- Add import settings/datas for Claws-Mail
- Add import settings/datas for Balsa
- Import tags from thunderbird/claws-mail

Regards.
