KF5 is of course the central topic, in my mind it was comprised in "What
kdelibs adds to what Qt offers". Licensing, docs, etc are important after
people have decided they want to use kdelibs. It's just in the past we have
not been paying attention to Qt developers, many of them in the commercial
world, and I think we can mutually benefit from kdelibs making an incursion
in the commercial world.
