It might be valuable to create a 1-page "talking points" how-to for at the 
booth. Print one for each booth person and make them read it in the morning. 
We did something like that at one LinuxTag some day for the Join the Game 
program, I recall. Worked great - a complete KDE newbie (gf of one of us) 
became the most effective JtG Promoter we had at the booth ;-)

A difficult thing is the tip by carl to hack at the booth - Claudia and 
myself would rather say the opposite. In Claudia's words:

And I concur. I think it's possible, but you'll have to be real careful in 
how you do it. Maybe make sure at least 1-2 ppl are always 'available' and 
the hacking happens with the screen towards the visitors so they can see 
what is going on. But it will always be risky and depend on the people at 
the booth - some people need to be told "don't hack", others maybe should.

What is the input from the list?


Also, the document needs input on, well, most of the talking points. KDE is 
a technology leader. Why? KDE is leading in Free and Open. Why? What are our 
most awesome applications? What else does someone need to know about KDE?
