Promo article for KDE Telepathy 0.6

On the 31st March we are releasing 0.6.0 of KDE Telepathy the IM client.

We would like an article on the dot in time just after the release.

I've attached some draft text for the article, but feel free to
modify/rewrite everything :)

The text is basically the same as my blog post about the beta:
http://www.sharpley.org.uk/node/60 but I've changed it from being
written in first person to third person to better suit being on the
dot.

Note that it contains two FIXME items that need changing before
release, referring to checking the download location. Please check
with Martin Klapetek or myself before publishing.
