I couldn't find the release date over here -
http://www.kde.org/announcements/4.10/

But it seems to be there for the point releases -
http://www.kde.org/announcements/announce-4.10.3.php

But you also have a nice page giving all the release dates -
http://www.kde.org/announcements/ So I guess it's okay.
