Re: Use new Konqi mascot

I kind of feel the longer we wait. The longer we will wait.
So the sooner the change happens the better for everyone. The artist will
have increased exposure. Plasma Desktop and Apps will have a modern konqi &
kate. Transitions normally take a while. Fixing it in the About is only one
place that konqi exists, he is in lot of places.

There were also some other dragons running around in a pack. The
sub-projects that those represent need to consider where they will use them
as a part of a unified branding move.

If we start now we might be done by the time Frameworks 5 launches
