our transition to the KDE generation 5

Hi,

with the recent announcement from KDE Workspaces related with the freeze for 
KDE 4.11, I think we need to put effort in explaining the big picture about the 
transtition, since I have read several articles talking about KDE 4.11 as our 
last version based on Qt4 which is a bit different from the approch of freezing 
layer per layer.

I think we need to pick up 2 or 3 people related with KDE Release and ask them 
to write a dot article about the big picture of the transtition. Press and our 
community members would appreciate it for spreading the correct word.

It should work as a white paper for this topic, written in a non very 
technical way.

...just a proposal.
