4.11 is coming

Heya,

Release will be upon us soon ;-)

I spend a few hours on https://notes.kde.org/p/release4.11 but there is still 
plenty to do. I send out a bunch of mails to contributors asking for 
clarification of their work, they'll probably add it there themselves or will 
mail me.

They include folk from Kate, KActivities, kwin, nepomuk, dolphin and a few I 
don't remember.

Meanwhile, help taking stuff from everywhere is very much welcome ;-)

The pesky too-hard-working gsoc students have pushed most blog posts about 
"what's new in 4.11" off planet, so I haven't been able to check everything 
from the last couple of monts I'm afraid :(
