I've put the contents of https://notes.kde.org/p/release4.11 at 
http://www.kde.org/announcements/4.11/ and subpages now.

Please have a look, suggest improvements and find screenshots. It looks a bit 
sad when compared to http://www.kde.org/announcements/4.10/ and subpages.

You guys have 20 hours approx from now.

If nothing happens I guess we'll have to decide if we either release with what 
we have or postpone the release.
