So I'd rather have the current setup, noting that there are some bugfixes for Workspaces and Libraries (and not link to any further announcement) and have the full Apps announcement, as always. I still don't think we should make the announcement shorter and put things in the Release Notes as that just hides them behind an extra link. Let's use the Release notes for additions/changes after the release day and for installation instructions/issues/etc. Of course, if #3 would be realistic, we would have a lot and we could put the minor details in the release notes. It's just that you can't "demand" anything - what would you do if the developers refuse, not ship their application? We ask for input, that is all we can do. It changes the day we start paying people or change the way we work to include feature planning and executing in the process.
