In the article I tried to make the point that Baloo is an effort to fix the shortcomings of Nepomuk and then some. It is perhaps not a full-blown apology but it makes crystal clear that we do realize that Nepomuk has serious issues and Baloo is there to do something about it. People need to see a balance: We know what's wrong with Nepomuk; Baloo is not entirely new that we lost all build up stability and experience and start over with a new-fangled, unstable mess, but it is new enough to get rid of the serious problems that plagued its predecessor. I hope that you see this message in the article. If it is not clear enough, please tell me and try to help me fix it ;-) Hugs, Jos > Cheers ! _______________________________________________ This message is from the kde-promo mailing list.
