Well, as I wrote - I build it on earlier articles including the openSUSE call 
for testing I wrote half a year ago ;-)

Absolutely, the testing is greatly helped by having packages available - and 
if they are, people should know about them. If Kubuntu or other distro's do 
live images, that'd be even more awesome.

Actually, with SUSE Studio and the openSUSE KDE Factory repo, anybody can 
build a liveCD with KDE Applications SC 4.13 very easily... Is there somebody 
interested in doing that? Beta 2 is coming out tomorrow, we could link to the 
iso there.
