Paragraph means clearly separated block of text; it can as well be just one
line, but it would be separated and would not get lost in the wal of text
of other paragraphs. Letting people infer the new name on their own didn't
quite work for the whole 4.x series and I think if we're making rather huge
changes like this (after 15 years of our stuff having "KDE" in name we're
changing it to not have KDE at all), we can surely spend one paragraph on
it.

Plus the idea with "by KDE" was to be only this additional touch, it
shouldn't really be mentioned/used as the "new name", so I'd rather change
the name as "Plasma Next Alpha 1, by KDE" or similar, but not put the
"Plasma by KDE" as the new name.
