Good stuff. One thing I'm missing is the clear(er) separation of what used
to be "KDE" in the 4 series and is now "Plasma". I would add a sentence
like "From now on we also took the name "KDE" out of the name, you'll be
now using Plasma on your computers, which is developed  [link to the
rebranding page/article]by KDE, the community[/link].

How's that?
