There is nothing new there, and that article is even not entirely relevant 
these days. I think we should just keep saying the right thing without 
bringing up the rebranding (and the associated flaming) again.

I did add a little note on this as you do have a point that we should make 
this a little more clear, so the text is now:
A note on versioning and naming: The code name "Plasma Next" always points to 
the upcoming release of Plasma, KDE's end user workspace. The current Alpha 
will become 2014.06, to be released in June of this year. If the team opts 
for a 6 month release cycle (still to be determined), Plasma Next will mean 
2014.12 once 2014.06 is out.
