I think it is an excellent idea. You should work out details (monies, who to 
send t-shirts to) with the board, as they officially own the trademark (kde-
ev-board @kde).

For Kubuntu shirts you could indeed redirect ppl to Jussi's page but that's 
not really that relevant to your plan imho.
