Yeah, there were quite a few details, but the coverage was not 
comprehensive from the POV of "all KDE Applications". So I wrestled with 
"how to make sense of the notes". First take was that the information 
was overly detailed. However, it seemed to me that this is the kind of 
work/results that KDE developers swim in...almost all the time.

We used the ones for Frameworks, Plasma and Applications. Seems like 
it's okay.

I didn't realize that there is an agreement about not using new Konqi 
images; I don't recall that (my recaller is faulty). My apologies. Would 
you point me to the discussion?
