Thanks Lydia, Milian, and Sune for all the suggestions.

Here's the new, double-sided version now with ThreadWeaver and a few
KItem classes. More links. More Oxygen-y blue shade of background colour.

Attached. I think I could probably work in one or two minor changes if
there are any brilliant ideas, or obviously any mistakes. Otherwise I
think this is final or near-final.

Also attaching the source file just so everyone has it.
