"Providing multilingual content" is not what i mean by "being translatable". What i mean by "being translatable" is: * New stuff will automatically appear in a .pot file so translators see it * Newly translated stuff will appear in the webpage without any manual intervention after the translator has translated the .po file Anything else less than that means that it simply won't be translated.
