Go for it.

The process also needs to include interaction with other bits of release 
announcements...important features, new stuff, as well as coordinating 
with other release announcement contributors. It'll all work out.

Thank you for doing this. I'm looking forward to more Plasma goodness 
like your video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1z2u1pM8PeY)...I think 
that's something you did.
