Question about Task Listed

I spoke with Stuart (he is listed on the site for certain things) about the
video sharing site task listed on the site.  He mentioned being out of the
loop, so I am curious who I should contact about the task now?  I need some
information to get started.

Who handles the videos for KDE?  Who makes these decisions?  If I can get
some questions answered, I can begin investigating alternatives.
