Calendar

Since I've seen a few people mention that many things such as announcements
and release notes have been last minute creations (with all that entails),
I took the liberty of creating a calendar page on the wiki just now.  It's
skeletal right now, so anything you are aware of, please fill in.  Exact
dates are not needed if they are unknown right now, just so long as we can
see what's up with that.
