[Request for Comment] User Survey

Hello, everyone!

I put together a survey to hopefully help us better understand the wants
and needs of our users.  It is not "officially" live, yet, but I had to
activate it to get feedback.

It's located at http://survey.kde.org/index.php/279266/lang-en

If you guys could take a look real quick and point out any issues with it,
that would be great.  I am aware of issues regarding the "branding" of
Plasma 5, which I am unsure of how to deal with, so any ideas on that front
would be appreciated as well

For the time being, please keep the link internal; once it is hammered out,
we can start distributing it.  It is designed to be shared outside the
community eventually, but not just yet.
